We rode the same wave even last year with many of the same Guru;s predicting the same movement to 2007 and what we saw 2 weeks movement . There was one person called QSHEMK who after that went completely out of the picture or has rejoined with a new name .
Also I have analyzed that people who have a date in 2008 somehow predict that the dates might move to 2008 and people who have a PD of July predict that dates will move to August . This is just an observation and nothing more , and if you go through the threads thats exactly what you will see.
I will be equally benefited as you all will if the predictions come true , but be well prepared for a major heartbreak also like last year .
While it takes a lot of effort from some of the members to crunch such numbers I would be first to extend my sincere gratitude to them for doing this , I would also recommend you all to take the analysis and predictions with a grain of salt and not to raise your hopes too much on these predictions.

There have been threads and posts about IOs indicating that everyone will become current. The fact of the matter is - there is no substance/proof/backing - even from the lawyers regarding the validity of those statements. For all you know, this might have been started by groups/people who want us to become complacent.
So DO call.............else the bills stand a good chance of losing out.
And even assuming the rumors are true with a 0.00001% probability.........you don't really lose anything much by calling. But if you don't call, we still stand a chance (with 99.9999% probability) of losing out.
Honestly; this might be our last chance. If the next president is a Democrat, it is quite possible that illegals might get amnesty in huge numbers. Companies hiring H1s might get taxed at a higher rate. Irrespective of who comes to power, the next president could clamp down on legal immigration in the name of Change. Remember, the illegals (their legal relations) form a larger vote bank. Nothing else matters as far as politicians are concerned.

Received 'card production (green card)' approval e-mails for both me and my wife this morning.

Yes, it is that simple. If you just walk away from your home, bank can only touch your home and credit history. They can not go after your automobile\gold\savings\other property....anything. You are not missing anything. That is why we are seeing so many people around us just walking away from their homes. Thank God I rent but if my property's value go down 200 k in 2 years, heck I would walk away with a smile on my face. No strings attached.

Does the A# belong to primary applicant or it can be written in Spouse Application too ?

Me and my wife had done finger printing on 09/10. On 09/15my wife got the clearnace from FBI and it is loaded into the system. I went to local immigration office and they did some searched and they told me that FBI loaded my finger printing detail using my social security number and not by the A number. Local IO can see the finger printing but when I called the Texas office they said they can't see the FP detail, and i tried again after some time got hold of another IO and she was able to search by my first and last name and saw in the system.
I opened an SR got a response that my FP is not received from FBI. So confusion is some IO officer who is trying other option to do search are able to see but not all the IO and that is delaying my approval process.
Any help or suggestion will be appreciated

Well Bush has been talking about this from year 2004 start i believe. it is time the congress acts i wish.

On the real risk of inviting personal attacks, being called Darth Vader of pessimism and negativity etc,
i would humbly request yous guys NOT to mess with AC21 UNLESS you have legitimate grievances, and bad things have happened to you / people know to you because of AC21.
A lot of us have used AC21 and consider this one of the few points in our favour. Please do not make it any worse than it is.
