I have a hard time to adjust my photo to designated spec. I shrunked to 62kb but they did not take it and if I make it lesser, it won't be 320 x 240 pixels but less. I use regular digital camera. anybody help me how to do?

I filed for I-140/485 concurrently in Aug 2007. I got all receipts & EAD/FP done in November. Waiting for AP.
I see in my 485 status online, one LUD was on 12/15, other on 12/18 today. What is it? My PD is 2007 so I dont know why so many LUDs recently. Is there something to worry about?

a large number of thsoe "extra" GC were schedule A recaptures and did not affect most applicants. so really it was by profession not by country.
Here is e.g. for 2002 again this excludes schedule A here is the breakdown for india
EB1 - 3K
EB2 - 21K
EB3 - 17.5K
EB4 - 0.3K

EB Total - 41K

I agree with file485. Blocking the channel is not the answer. Lets put our efforts in getting as many signatures as possible for the petition.

Hello,
It really depends on what you're wanting the camera for, i've looked at that cybershot and IMHO I dont like it, the design isn't for me.
The Canon EOS Rebel XT and XTI are both very good camera's and are both in your budget, the only major different is the zoom, the cybershot has 20x and the standard dslr lens is only 3x.

If my wife is a US Green card holder and i am in H1B and if we both file for candian green card and move to canada for a week for stamping. Would it create a problem on US citizenship for my wife.

The border agent may try to determine your real intent, and he/she can technically revoke your GC at the first instance. For the question "where do you live", there can not be two answers.
Bottom line is that you can try to maintain permanent residencies in both countries, for a while, but not for ever, particularly when passport becomes mandatory for air/road travel, which will record every entry to the US.
Those who maintain US residency for years by simply visiting US every now and then, pretend that their real home is US, and they just go out for business/work/pleasure etc. But when you have a Canadian PR stamp, you can't say that for Canada.

Mine is Opposite. EAD issued for 2 years even though my PD is current (based on interfile). Don't know whether the interfile is successful or not.

hello all,
i attended for visa stamping on dec 1st at Hyderabad consulate so i got 221g yellow form but he retained passport with him. he told to submit all the documents that are mentioned on the yellow form. did any body got same thing. usually how many days they will take for processing after submiting the documents

Pl. help with your precious advice. I got laid off five months back. I kept hunting new job but could not get one. Now I plan to move out of the country. In the circumstances, is my employer who was holding my H1b during termination, liable to give return tickets to my base country ? Can I claim the same after five monthsof my termination since I failed to get any job? What about my family members?
Can anyone send any link emphasising this Rule so that I can quote that to my employer?
Any advice in this respect is highly appreciated. Thanks.

IMO, the market is not as good as you think, and it�s going through the worst recession ever.
If not at your current job, you may have to take a pay cut at your future job, because that�s the current economic reality.
Since you have asked� I would suggest you to stay where you are and float your resume in the market and see the kind of response you get. I hope you will have a better idea then.

Did you guys get a soft LUD before the RFE? How many days lag if any?
